Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Building strong and long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
  • Guiding new clients through the onboarding process and ensuring successful adoption of our products/services
  • Monitoring client usage data and proactively increasing engagement to strengthen customer loyalty
  • Analyzing client needs and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals
  • Sharing client feedback with relevant internal teams to improve overall service quality
  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities when appropriate, and collaborating with the sales team
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately recording client interactions and updates in the CRM system
  • Tracking key customer success metrics such as NPS (Net Promoter Score), renewal rate, and customer churn
