Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building long-term customer relationships? Sanction Scanner – 3x Deloitte Fast 50 Winner – is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our customers succeed by driving product adoption, managing onboarding processes, and acting as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle. 📌 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead onboarding and success plans: define success criteria, milestones, and adoption roadmap with customers.
  • Drive product adoption and measurable outcomes (time-to-value, reduced manual workload, improved alert handling, smoother audits).
  • Run regular business review, track health scores, and proactively mitigate churn risk.
  • Coordinate internally to resolve blockers: escalate product gaps, align priorities, and ensure excellent issue follow-through.
  • Identify expansion opportunities (new teams, geographies, use cases, modules) and partner with Sales on upsell/cross-sell motions.
  • Own renewals (where applicable), ensuring commercial outcomes align with customer value and satisfaction.
  • Capture Voice of Customer: turn feedback into product insights and roadmap inputs.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with customer data, product usage metrics, and health tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
