Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing customer orders throughout the entire order-to-cash process.

In this position, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, efficient order execution, and a seamless customer experience. If you enjoy problem-solving, working in an international environment, and coordinating multiple activities at once, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full order-to-cash process for complex orders, from acceptance to invoicing.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, procurement of equipment and parts, technical coordination, cost monitoring, warehousing, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and resolving inquiries.
  • Handle purchasing, supplier documentation, and international trade logistics (export/import, customs).
  • Track backlog and work-in-progress; manage customer and supplier claims.
  • Coordinate with the factory and company headquarters.
  • Schedule deliveries and send shipment notifications.
  • Assist with payment follow-ups and reminders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1 year of experience in customer support, order management, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Turkish, good knowledge of English
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
