Customs & Operations Responsible

• Being the first point of contact for the Customs Broker
• Controlling and problem solving of all documents regarding the customs procedure
• Providing the necessary data & reports to management and finance teams
• Attend monthly meetings with Broker
• Sending payment requests to finance team 

Logistics: 

• Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
• Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.
• Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicating effectively with teammates and responding to their requirements.
• Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
• Developing transportation relationships.
• Monitoring transport costs.
• Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices.
• Dealing with the effects of congestion.

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written both Turkish and English
