Daimler Buses Sales Planning & Reporting Coordinator

What You Can Expect:

• Active participation in the preparation, execution, verification & follow-up of all planning topics/processes for Daimler Buses

• Monthly data processing and verification within the Daimler Buses systems and the adjoining systems and alignment/exchange with the countries/ other departments

• Regular reporting of Sales KPIs of Daimler Buses and generation of presentations for various meetings

• Key user for planning and reporting system. Securing of the functionality for actuals and planning, amongst others by preparations before the planning round, support and coordination between countries, market management and IT.

• Country specific administration, maintenance and development of the systems (user handling, master data, system testing)

• Contact person for systems in use for reporting and planning

• Continuous securing of correct and consistent data in the databases and reports

• Participation in central projects as well as coordination and steering of projects with subsidiaries/ Daimler Buses / IT on sales related topics & cross-sectional tasks between departments

That’s Why You Are a Match

• Bachelor degree in related fields such as Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or comparable

• Fluent in English, German is an asset

• Intercultural competence, strategical thinking, strong personal initiative

• Capability to manage complexity and work under high pressure, strong communication and coordination skills, proactive working attitude, broad understanding of company correlations, enforcement of decisions

• Excellent analytical skills, pricing and product calculation

• Advanced MS Office skills: Excel & Powerpoint

• Experience with SAP, Analysis for Office and/or database

• Experience with interactive dashboards and data analysis tools (Power BI, SAC etc.)
