As a data \u0026 ai expert, you will be responsible to provide actionable business insights that drive revenue, reduce cost, and improve customer experience. You will be working with a community of colleagues across technology and business functions.\n\n\u2022 Delving into data from different systems, structured and unstructured, both batch and real time, to discover hidden relationships and useful information \n\u2022 Translating complex datasets into key strategy insight and powerful capabilities to the business \n\u2022 Engage with stakeholders in order to understand their business processes, imperatives, constraints and priorities \n\u2022 Build, develop and maintain automated reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions \n\u2022 Discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities by using advanced analysis techniques \n\u2022 Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to team members/stakeholders. \n\u2022 Prepare relevant presentations, reports and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management. \n\u2022 Deliver analysis and/or investigation on every KPI and identify high risk areas and opportunities \n\u2022 Establish and manage business definitions of KPIs \n\u2022 Understand how the data is generated throughout the systems (when and how / during which processes and activities / data flows) \n\u2022 Work with Data\u0026Analytics Data Modeler and Technology teams in order to have an effective base for dashboards, scorecards and reports \n\u2022 Work in harmony with agile practices \n\u2022 Ensure 100% regulation / legal and security compliance \n\n## Who you are\n\n\"\u2022 Graduate from a reputable university with strong record of achievement, preferably engineering, MIS, statistics or economy \n\u2022 High degree of initiative and attention to detail\n\n\u2022 Understanding of business drivers and what data is and should be used for \n\u2022 Analytics experience and business intelligence knowledge in telecommunication sector\n\n\u2022 Good understanding of business modelling, analysis and reporting \n \n\u2022 Good command in English \n\u2022 Good presentation skills with ability to present complex details with simple, visual outputs\n\n\u2022 2+ years experience in similar position \n\u2022 Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. SQL Developer, Business Objects, Tableau, Pyhton) \n\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment \n\u2022 Working as a part of a team \n\u2022 Excellent analytical/problem solving skills \n\u2022 Ownership and drive \n\u2022 Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills \n\u2022 Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage business expectations \n\u2022 Working as a part of a team \n\u2022 Open minded \n\u2022 Flexibility and adaptability \n\u2022 Excellent oral/written communication skills\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
