If you\u2019re curious and love innovating to solve new challenges, join us! \n \nWe are looking for a Demand Planner for EMEA region to join our central Demand Planning team, with focus on Switchgears \u0026 Transformers. \nReporting directly to the Demand Manager ES EMEA, this role is responsible for managing and delivering an accurate network demand plan across multiple country sales organizations within the region. \nYou will work closely with Product Line Managers (PLMs), Sales teams, Finance, and the wider SIOP / end\u2011to\u2011end planning network, playing a key role in translating market intelligence and commercial inputs into reliable demand plans across a 3\u201324 month planning horizon at product group and SKU level. \nThis is a highly collaborative role with strong regional exposure, requiring analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization.\n\nThis role is openeed for our sites in Ankara \u0026 Instabul.\n\n## Key responsibilities:\n\n * Own and deliver a robust monthly mid\u2011 to long\u2011term demand plan (18\u201324 months), combining:\n * Statistical baseline forecasting\n * Qualitative adjustments\n * Market intelligence from commercial teams\n * Formal validation and approval with sales leadership\n * Analyze historical sales data to identify trends, seasonality, and demand patterns, including:\n * Fast\u2011 and slow\u2011moving products\n * Promotional activity\n * Exceptional market or macro\u2011economic impacts\n * Present demand planning outputs and insights during Network and SIOP review meetings\n * Monitor and manage key Demand Planning KPIs at network level, including:\n * Forecast Accuracy\n * Forecast Bias\n * Demand Stability\n * Develop and integrate scenario planning, risk, and opportunity analysis into demand reviews to support decision\u2011making based on real\u2011time information\n * Lead root\u2011cause analysis on forecast errors, ensuring corrective actions are clearly documented, validated, and embedded into future cycles\n * Build strong working relationships with country and zone commercial, finance, and supply planning teams, ensuring clear communication of volume and portfolio requirements across short, medium, and long\u2011term horizons\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent)\n * 3+ years\u2019 experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related planning role\n * Fluent written and spoken English is required, due to regular collaboration with international stakeholders.\n * Experience working in regional or matrix environments is a strong advantage\n * Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, S\u0026OP / SIOP, and Supply Chain Management\n * Hands\u2011on experience with ERP systems, analytics tools, BI and reporting\n * Confident working with data, forecasts, and scenario analysis\n * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills\n * Ability to influence without direct authority\n * Process\u2011focused, results\u2011oriented, and customer\u2011centric mindset\n * Comfortable driving change and continuous improvement\n * Collaborative team player with coaching and thought\u2011leadership capability\n\n\n\nWhat we offer: \n\n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits package\n * Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\n * We make your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\n * We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term \u2013 not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University\n * We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people\u2019s lives and the environment through power management technologies.\n * We make your wellbeing matter \u2013 We put your health and safety first.
