DevOps Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure across AWS and/or on-premise environments.
  


• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools like Git, ArgoCD, and other automation platforms.
  


• Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices.
  


• Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  


• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance and availability of services in distributed systems.
  


• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
  


• Maintain and improve system security, networking, and high-availability clusters.
  


• Own end-to-end DevOps lifecycle and advocate for best practices.
  


• Collaborate with audit consultants to ensure infrastructure is compliant with financial regulations 

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role.
  


• Strong hands-on experience with AWS or other major cloud providers.
  


• Expertise in CI/CD tools, especially Git, ArgoCD, and related systems.
  


• Deep knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
  


• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and enterprise Kubernetes tools.
  


• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including Redis.
  


• Proven experience scaling web infrastructure in distributed environments.
  


• Strong grasp of networking and system security standards.
  


• IAM least privilege, secrets management, Kubernetes hardening, supply chain (Trivy, SBOM), CI/CD security controls.
  


• Experience with setting up and managing on-premise infrastructure and HA Kubernetes clusters.
  


• Solid understanding of GitOps principles.
  


• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  


• English level B2/C1/C2
  

Nice to Have:

• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, etc.).
  


• Experience with service mesh and observability tools.
  


• Background in incident response and disaster recovery planning.
