Devops Service Engineer - Billing

Responsible for running and leading the billing cycles for both VBU & CBU customers, Creating, implementing, and enforcing procedures and policies, as well as streamlining effective billing processes across multidomain Managing availability, dimensioning, reliability and all related SLAs as service owner of billing platforms Ensures successful devops operation of billing services Provides multi-level technical support for diagnosing, reproducing and fixing billing service issues Actively contributes to the troubleshooting, performance tuning of billing products. Performs necessary infrastructure deployment / maintenance activities and migration when required. Works as on-call support to provide 7*24 support when it is necessary. Ensures achieving / exceeding agreed service levels and KPIs for the Service Support. Bachelor's degree from Computer, Electronics, Science and other related fields. Good command of English. Experience in cloud platforms and microservice architecture is a plus. Ability to work in flexible work hours under pressure and tight deadlines. Not a perfect fit?
