If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n\u2022 Ensures successful operation of billing operation services \n\u2022 Provides multi-level technical support for diagnosing, reproducing and fixing billing operation service issues \n\u2022 As a service owner, drives end to end ownership of the Vodafone customer experience, the quality of service performance and the processes supporting the product/service. \n\u2022 Actively contributes to the troubleshooting, performance tuning of billing products.
