Why is this role really critical to us? Responsible for the successful ongoing operation, coordination and management of VFNET CRM,Retail solutions and manage Application servers that mostly critical business processes runs on it. How will you spend your time at Vodafone? Fixed Customer&Online Serv. Ops Manager should have the ability to track performance and availability of customer faced applications with advanced process in proactive manner. Introduce Best Practice Policies and Guidelines relating to products, licensing and support. Working closely with releated Solutions, Infrastructure, Customer support, L1, Devops, Security teams to help drive the company strategy and serve the best services out to our customers. Drive and manage contract management for services being delivered from outsource partners. Track the contract kpi's, improve the capability and performance for the services being delivered. You are just the person we ve been looking for, if you have: Experience in leading squads and processes, tools and techniques, particularly Agile Scrum, Kanban Experience in managing applications build with openshift, java, .netcore frameworks. Experience in designing, building and managing applications automation features. Good experience and knowledge about DevOps, SRE concepts.
