If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n\u2022 Responsible \u0026 service owner for Digital App\u0026Web channels products and services \n\u2022 Responsible for all 7/24 Level 2 Operations in a proactive manner (Deployments, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, SLA/OLA Management, Service Capacity Management, Service Network Management, Technical Contract Management, Service OPEX Management, Service Incident Management, Service Problem Management, etc.) for corresponding products and services \n\u2022 To ensure the service delivery is meeting the business and operational standards \n\u2022 To ensure appropriate measurement and reporting of service performance, usage and availability is in place in order to analyse the trends to identify and prioritize improvements \n\u2022 Implementing correct measurement of capacity demands \n\u2022 Implementing DevOps tools and life cycle processes on responsible services. \n\u2022 Implementing Operational automation processes (test, deployment, alarm). \n\u2022 Working in multiple Agile Squad teams and delivering outputs per each team \n\u2022 Maintaining a close relationship with the respective departments (marketing, project office, infrastructure, solution) to be aware of any changes to or additions to the current scope of the services \n\u2022 Leading micro groups and projects\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Significant experience on UNIX/ Linux/Windows Operating system. \n\u2022 Significant experience on Application servers Weblogic/Tomcat \n\u2022 Significant experience of Java, .NET Applications and Management Tools \n\u2022 Significant experience of UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL and MSSQL systems \n\u2022 Significant experience on Devops\u0026Agile methodologies. \n\u2022 Significant experience with implementing CI \u0026 CD pipelines and tools, Git, Jenkins, Nexus \n\u2022 Significant experience on Microservice architecture, technologies \n\u2022 Significant experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Cassandra, Kong, Redis, Celery, Kafka, Hazelcast, RabbitMQ \n\u2022 Significant experience on OCP, AWS, Google Cloud etc. \n\u2022 Significant experience with Kubernetes, Swarm \n\u2022 Excellent command of English \n\u2022 Good team player skills \n\u2022 Ability to work with ambitious timelines in a dynamic, high-growth environment \n\u2022 Strong communication / interpersonal and decision making skills \u2013 ability to balance conflicting interests \n\u2022 Familiar with working in an international environment \n\u2022 Having experience more than 5 years with similar position\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
