· To ensure and achieve team productivity and efficiency to Task Force
Operations
· To resolve complex issues with assistance of latest information from Tips and other MB information Medias
· Proper handling of Star diagnosis and other MB special tools
· To update the team members on new Service Information and Service Measures daily basis
· To oversee the warranty documentation prepared by other teams thereby assisting warranty department to submit a proper warranty claim and other technical reports to MBM
· Work closely with MBM DAC team members by performing joint diagnosis, wherever required, in order to resolve complex diagnosis issues
· On exceptional cases, assist frontline team to meet customer and perform joint test drives whenever required
· To handle customer’s cars with utmost care and diligence
· To provide technical guidance to other team members as and whenever necessary
· To meet the terms on quality, customer care and vehicle delivery on time
· To escalate, through proper channels, issues of new cars / new models and repeat product related issues
· To follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) laid down by the company in the daily working
· To ensure good housekeeping of the work bay, tools and accessories etc
· To be aware of warranty requirements and regulations and comply the same
Improvement
· To proactively update the technical knowledge, including new diagnosis methods, by constantly reviewing the updated technical literatures issued by the manufacturer and MBM trainings
· To support training programs, when required, to upgrade technicians’ skill level
