Job Description - Digital Commerce Growth Senior Assc. Manager
The Digital Commerce Growth Snr. Assc. Mng. This role will be responsible for analyzing all actions taken across the team, measuring their impact, and continuously developing data-driven recommendations to enhance performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a curious and analytical thinker who thrives on learning through experimentation, connecting data to business outcomes, and inspiring the team with actionable insights. Conduct in-depth analyses of all marketplace growth actions and measure their short- and long-term impact on key business metrics. Build and improve predictive and performance models using big data to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes. Use data and analytic tools effectively (Adobe Analytics) to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges. Design and execute data-driven growth strategies, translating analytics into actionable business recommendations. Analyze customer behaviors, campaign performance, and platform traffic-performance correlations to identify key drivers of engagement and conversion. Define and implement growth strategies by segmenting customers, optimizing and improving key campaing metrics. Continuously improve analysis methodologies and ensure that data insights are integrated into decision-making across the Digital Commerce Growth organization. Manage and strengthen partnership relationships within and outside the organization, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and mutual value creation. Act proactively by identifying potential growth opportunities, challenges, or efficiency improvements before they arise. Bachelor Degree in engineering, pure sciences or business Advance verbal and written communication skills in English Good Knowledge on Analytics Tools and Tag Managers (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, GTM, Tealium etc.) Professional experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven marketing roles. Familiarity with CDP, A/B testing tools and Seo SQL knowledge is a strong plus (ability to query and analyze customer data is highly valued)
