Job Description

  • Responsible for providing digital marketing expertise to support Allergan’s local strategic marketing of our diverse portfolio of products, to enable growth acceleration and further enhance our customer experiences by enabling and optimizing digital components in the omni-channel presence.
  • Develop and implement long term digital and technological omni-channel plans based on understanding consumer & customer insight and behaviors.
  • Drive customer engagement and improve customer centric approach to accelerate using digital methodology and tactics, as well as data-based decision making.
  • Build digital capability to improve our brands and business results by implementing innovative ways to propel growth through customer / consumer engagement, adopting a hands-on approach and supporting digital channels across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Software, Business Administration, Marketing etc.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing either in-house or from a consultancy/agency background.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • The ability to translate technology into tangible commercial applications.
  • Has experience partnering with IT engineers and/or IT engineering companies working on digital solutions.
  • Proven data analysis and reporting capability
  • Knowledge and use of digital platform suppliers like Google, Facebook, Instagram, E-commerce solutions The ability to understand business brand needs, and influence partners to create solutions that advance the business agenda.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to creatively articulate (internally and externally) strategies and tactics that drive change, collaboration and innovative solutions, courtesy of analytics, insights and data.
