If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nAs a Digital Product Lead for Vodafone\u2019s Web Platforms (Vodafone.com.tr \u0026 micro sites), you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and continuous optimization of our web experience with a strong focus on SEO performance, funnel management, technical excellence, and customer journey improvement and simplification. You will collaborate with marketing, technology, and design teams to launch end-to-end digital journeys and meaningful in-app experiences. \n \nKey Accountabilities: \n*Own the product vision and roadmap for Vodafone.com.tr and related micro sites \n*Manage and evolve customer journeys for users by collaborating with Marketing, Growth, Care, CX, IT, Operations, Legal and other stakeholders. \n*Continuously improve digital customer experience through UX enhancements, capability expansion, and funnel optimization to boost web traffic, conversion and sales \n*Identify, prioritize and lead new digital customer \u0026 revenue opportunities, stakeholders, builds sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes. \n*Own and continuously improve Vodafone.com.tr SEO Health Score by identifying and resolving technical SEO issues, ensuring all pages meet best practices and integrating new SEO-driven pages. \n*Leverage Semrush and Google Search Console to monitor site health and organic performance, translating insights into prioritized backlog actions and technical improvements. \n*Use data and analytic tools effectively (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Search Console, Content and CMS Management) to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges. \n*Apply data management platforms (CDP, CVM Clusters, Big Data Models) to understand audiences, build segment and deliver unique audience profiles so digital channels can be personalized effectively \n*Formulate hypotheses for, construct and execute A/B tests in order to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, personas, and journeys \n*Understand and leverage digital channels and technologies (e.g. iOS, Android, HTML, AI, Cloud, ML, GEO, etc.) that change the environment. \n*Try new ideas, technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital sales and engagement. \n*Define a robust MVP based on squad\u2019s priority and your understanding of user research and the high-reaching space \n*Work agile in squads closely with Solution Designers, Frontend/Backend developers and UX/UI designers\n\n## Who you are\n\nDesired Skills; Strong analytical thinking, data driven and problem solving mindset, Resillient and adaptable in the face of challenges, Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, Holistic and strategic thinker with a customer-first approach, Collaaborative mindset with a bias for action, Tech understanding, Digital savvy. \n\n*BSc. degree in Engineering, Business administration or Economics \n*Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English \n*Strong leadership qualities \n*Clear communicator \n*Able to balance the needs of partners from different disciplines and teams \n*Interested in crafting product requirements based on research and data \n* Experienced in A/B testing and conversion optimization (Adobe Target) \n*Knowledge on Mar-tech tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe AAM, Adobe Target, Semrush, SEO) \n*Good at data analysis and data driven decision making ability \n*Care about continuous learning \n*Resilient while working in competitive \u0026 rapidly changing environments \n*Experienced in product management, digital technologies and innovations, user experience, analytics. \n*Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills \n*Problem solving \u0026 decision making \n*Insight driven, analytic and out-of-the- box thinking skills \n*Hands-on experience with mobile apps, web platforms or omnichannel digital products \n*Familiarity with digital platforms, product management or digital funnel management / core telecommunication products is nice to have\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
