Job Description Summary:
The Director, Governance & Risk is accountable for providing leadership across the entire Operating Unit (OU) in technical management, risk management, emergency and crisis management, and KORE governance (Quality, Operational Risk, and Compliance). This role integrates all critical responsibilities from both IMCR (Incident Management & Crisis Resolution) and KORE Governance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and represent all IMCR (Incident Management & Crisis Resolution) and risk management processes across the OU.
Design, maintain, and implement emergency, crisis, and business continuity plans.
Establish, execute, and sustain KORE standards across the OU, ensuring their effective implementation.
Monitor and report on system performance using all QSE data, metrics, process reviews, and risk analyses.
Develop tools, programs, systems and processes to continuously monitor changes in KORE and provide structures of feedback to Corporate.
Ensure all OU Technical &SC data is maintained up to date and available for real time analysis and reporting to appropriate business partners and functions. Maintain all KORE Master Data and management certification across OU.
Identify potential risks and proactively implement preventive and corrective actions for continuous process improvement.
Closely collaborate with all OU departments, providing education and updates regarding regulatory changes, crisis management, and risk procedures.
Ensure legal compliance and lead both internal and external audits.
Develop decision-support systems by leveraging advanced data analytics.
Cooperate with stakeholders (regional and global teams), foster common solutions, and facilitate the sharing of best practices.
Identify and mitigate systemic and operational risks within the supply chain and production processes by organizing preventive measures.
Required Qualifications:
University degree (preferably in engineering, quality management, risk management, or a related field),
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quality, risk, crisis management, or governance,
Advanced knowledge and experience in KORE and IMCR standards (or equivalents),
Proficiency in English,
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills,
Analytical thinking, data interpretation, and reporting capabilities,
Proven experience in project and change management.
