About the Role

As a Director of Operations, we rely on you to

• Lead and oversee the operational departments under your responsibility to ensure the highest standards of guest service, quality, and efficiency.


• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining consistent service excellence across all departments under your responsibility.


• Drive operational performance, productivity, and profitability while effectively managing costs and resources.


• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, health and safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.


• Build strong collaboration among your departments and coordinate closely with Food & Beverage and other hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.


• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, and quality audit results, ensuring timely follow-up on improvement plans.


• Oversee room readiness, cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation to consistently meet luxury hospitality standards.


• Support Spa performance by enhancing service quality, guest engagement, and revenue opportunities.


• Ensure effective security, emergency preparedness, preventive maintenance, and fire and life safety practices in


• collaboration with the relevant department leaders.


• Develop, motivate, and lead high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.


• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and operational resources to achieve financial and service objectives.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes, resource efficiency, and the long-term condition of hotel facilities.


• Act as a role model for leadership, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest focus.

About You

• Passionate about luxury hospitality operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.


• An experienced hotel operations leader with a strong Rooms Division background and the ability to oversee Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering.


• A strong leader and communicator with the ability to inspire teams, develop department heads, and encourage collaboration.


• Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable driving change and continuous improvement.


• Demonstrates high levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.


• Able to identify practical solutions, manage competing priorities, and make sound operational decisions.


• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or has equivalent relevant experience.


• Strong understanding of departmental budgets, staffing, operational performance, and guest satisfaction.


• Familiar with quality assurance, preventive maintenance, security, and fire and life safety practices in a hotel environment.


• Has relevant experience with an international luxury hotel.


• Fluent in English and Turkish, with excellent interpersonal skills.
