Director of Physician Clinics

Troy Regional is seeking candidates to fill the Director of Physician Clinics position. This position is responsible for the efficient operations of Troy Regional Physicians, Inc. and reports to the CEO. This position will lead the Physician Group and will work with Clinic Managers on regulatory issues about clinic service lines. The Director of Physician Clinics will oversee personnel and have financial oversight of these offices. Additionally, this position will ensure services are managed and operated safely and efficiently and by policies and procedures of all current federal, state, and local standards, The Joint Commission, State of Alabama, CMS, and/or other regulatory bodies’ requirements. The Director of Physician Clinics will work with other hospital leaders to create an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission, vision, values, and organizational goals.
 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of Leadership experience are required, preferably in operations in a support area in a hospital setting.

Must have proven ability to remain highly organized while coordinating projects and workflows, analyzing data,
reports, and cost estimates, making sound recommendations, and considering relative financial and operational factors. Must have solid decision-making abilities to meet tight deadlines. Must be willing to accept and understand directions, paying attention to details. Must be able to work independently without
supervision and direct projects and workers to achieve goals. Must possess a customer service mindset and be flexible in handling multiple priorities simultaneously. Must demonstrate innovation in creative problem solving and must demonstrate exceptional trustworthiness, integrity, and interpersonal skills. Must live by and promote TRMC’s Standards of Behavior, Mission, and Vision.

Must be able to strategize and plan both in the long and short term; maintain budget within constraints. Must be able to handle frequent shifts in priorities and may be subject to long, irregular hours with many interruptions. A demonstrated working knowledge of The Joint Commission is required.
