Job Identification

We are looking for a Disputes Specialist to be a part of our Finance Service Center team located in Group Office.

What We Explore

  • Provide high quality disputes management services in a timely manner to countries across CCI
  • Capture in a timely manner all details about a dispute that is raised by a customer or another department ie. Collections Team, Sales Team etc.
  • Engage will all relevant stakeholders so that a solution is identified in a speedy and timely manner
  • Negotiate and confirms solutions with the customer and communicates with all other parties within CCI that need to know
  • Drive end-to-end standard disputes management processes across the CCI business
  • Highlight opportunities for process improvement
  • Support the country change management processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with the CCI entities' commercial function in delivering a high quality dispute management service to the customer

Qualifications

  • Having Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong oral and written English skills; knowledge of Turkish, Arabic or Russian will be considered an advantage
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills to both internal and external customers
  • Confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent follow through skills
  • Goals and results orientated
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Works well independently
