Distribution Coordinator

Have you had any experience in distribution administration? This could be the next great career role for you! Bachelor's Degree Experience in logistics/shipping/customs. Intermediate level English - must be able to communicate fluently in writing. IT Skills: MS Office - Intermediate. Previous experience with SAP is desirable. Must be a well-organised, methodical person. Must be confident when dealing with outside organisations, able to make and receive phone calls if required, such as 3PLs, Custom Brokerage, and forwarders. Understanding of key financials. Able to prioritize and manage the tasks. Great sense of responsibility. Excellent communication skills. Professional and positive attitude. To succeed in this role, you will need to be forward-thinking and demonstrate great teamwork. Track outbound shipments daily basis and make sure they are delivered on time. Monthly 3PL KPI and OTIF tracking. Monthly 3PL performance tracking. Weekly/Monthly 3PL invoice control Communicating with the customer warehouses and making sure that goods are received on time. Checking the outbound daily report from 3PL transport provider and notifying the Logistics Manager and Sales team if there are any delivery issues. Sharing monthly/quarterly volume FC to 3PL. Control the VAS activities in the WH.
