Job Description - Distribution Sales Supervisor_Turkey

Job Overview:


Responsible for building and developing our Retail distribution business across Turkey, focusing on and ensuring the achievement of sales targets, maintaining Client satisfaction, and effectively coordinating sales activities within a specific market segment.


Key Performance Areas:



  • Setting the Distribution channel ’s short and long-term corporate objectives as related to revenue.

  • Strategic initiatives to grow the overall account business.

  • Setting the sales forecast and market share is paramount.

  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.

  • Providing training and support to sales team members.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.

  • Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities.

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations.

  • Reporting sales activities, results, and forecasts to senior management.

  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities


Core Competency Framework:


Knowledge:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a distribution Sales Supervisor or in a similar role

  • Ability to interpret sales data, perform sales forecasting, and make data-driven decisions.


Skills:



  • 5 years of experience working in the same field.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

  • strong problem-solving skills Should be a risk-taker, collaborator and aspirational.

  • Proven excellence in effectively engaging with executive level leaders (internal and external) and third-party integrators and channel partners.

  • Strong working knowledge of Google tools.


  • Fluent in English and Turkish.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards 

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, and external auditors.
