Job Description - DT Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a DT Senior Product Manager to be a part of our Supply Chain and Services Digital Technology team located in Dudullu/Istanbul. Responsible for owning Supply Chain domain and responsible for establishing the strategic roadmap for Supply Chain digital products and delivering the execution. This requires building relationships with various stakeholders & end users, understanding existing capabilities & needs, and prioritizing those needs to deliver financial and operational benefits such as improved service levels, increased operational efficiency, or improved cash flow, through new or improved digital products. Responsible for the architecture, design and development of a module/subsystem and technically drives all aspects of the product.

  • Responsible for managing the work deliverables of the platform/product/solution, less complex CCI business, CCI sub-business, large P&L, critical long cycle product, or ownership of large and/or complex functional product(s) within the platform.

  • Proven track record of strong people management within at least one discipline and/or expertise within the discipline. 
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills; places high emphasis on strategy & influence.

  • A technical leader within the function and also responsible for developing/coaching his/her employees within the function.
  • Provides coaching, feedback, developmental opportunities, etc. to direct/indirect reports within a broader team.
  • Experienced manager of other people managers and senior individual contributors.
  • Ability to influence from both a strategic and technical standpoint across the function and business. The ability to influence at the peer level is key.
  • Leaders also need to be able to influence beyond the scope of their immediate business segment, potentially across modalities and CoEs.
  • Owns financial responsibility and accountability for the product.

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study.
  • 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain technology solutions.
  • Strong Subject Matter Expertise (product and / or processes) in Supply Chain and experience on advanced analytics.
  • Proactively drives portfolio and investment decisions to balance customer needs, install base requirements (refresh), and long-term enterprise differentiation.
  • Evangelizes concepts beyond current offerings, considering business model innovation in products, services, and delivery methods.
  • Defines and aligns roadmaps for products/services across functions and organizations to business objectives such as profitability, ROI, market penetration, channel development, and brand development.
  • Leads multiple product rollouts in parallel across multiple geographies with product managers, product owners, local champions, and service providers.
  • Strong track record in vendor management, OTS product qualification, in-house built products, and managing statements of work with suppliers.
  • Identifies and empathizes with customers' business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for value delivery capabilities of products.
  • Adopts a holistic systems perspective and challenges program/product planning assumptions.
  • Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and strategy development skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to build efficient processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, accountable for policy decisions with incomplete, conflicting information and uncertain long-term dynamics.
