Job Description - Ecommerce Digital Product Lead

The role requires a range of skills from market and customer research, designing the product architecture, to UI development. Ecommerce Digital Product Lead is responsible for the overall vision of the product and managing the role out of this vision into a successful launch. They act as a bridge between the business and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating those needs into new product features for the team to design.\n\n\u2022 Design, develop, test, roll out and optimize a range of apps and websites, journey flows and conversion funnels \n\u2022 Lead the end-to-end digital journey design and continuous optimization of acquisition funnels, ensuring seamless online conversion across all digital touchpoints. \n\u2022 Scout emerging technologies and AI-driven innovations across industries, translating relevant trends into actionable digital product opportunities. \n\u2022 Identifies and prioritizes stakeholders, builds sustainable relationships to drive increased business performance and best value outcomes. \n\u2022 Propose digital only solutions by knowing the relevant products, solutions, features \u0026 their customer benefits, and applying this knowledge to segment-specific customer insights via specific propositions. \n\u2022 Use data and analytic tools effectively (Adobe Analytics) to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges. \n\u2022 Apply data management platforms (Audience manager, CVM Clusters, Big Data Models) to understand audiences, build segment and deliver unique audience profiles so digital channels can be personalized effectively \n\u2022 Formulate hypotheses for, construct and execute A/B tests in order to maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, personas, and journeys \n\u2022 Create a world class digital experience for digital customers on My Vodafone App and Web \n\u2022 Work agile in squads closely with Frontend/Backend developers and UX/UI designers\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Bachelor Degree in engineering, pure sciences or business \n\u2022 Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English \n\u2022 You have strong leadership qualities \n\u2022 You are able to balance the needs of partners from different disciplines and teams \n\u2022 Experienced in A/B testing and conversion optimization (Adobe Target) \n\u2022 Knowledge on Mar-tech tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe AAM, Adobe Target, SEO) \n\u2022 Curious about new technologies and eager to learn and apply AI tools in day-to-day product work \n\u2022 Keeps up with the latest developments in AI, digital products, and emerging tech trends \n\u2022 You are good at data analysis and data driven decision making ability \n\u2022 Experienced in product management, digital technologies and innovations, user experience, data analytics. \n\u2022 Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills \n\u2022 Problem solving \u0026 decision making \n\u2022 Insight driven, analytic and out-of-the- box thinking skills\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
