Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales management, preferably within consumer electronics or home categories.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and geographies.
