Electronic Production and Integration Engineer

• Determine the necessary of production steps and process control parameters in the processes in the production units,
• Ensure that production complies with documents and relevant standards,
• Prepare the user manuals of production processes and devices and make necessary updates,
• Ensure to be taken actions to eliminate nonconformities encountered in the production process,
• Ensure that the products designed by the design teams are transferred to the production line, follow and coordinate the productions of the products transferred to the production line and the prototypes,
• Carry out verification tests and transfer the processes to the production line to start mass production,
• Follow-up the final control and in-process control processes to ensure that the products comply with the standards,
• Completely carrying out the occupational safety and health activities in the production area,
• Follow-up of the necessary organization to ensure delivery to the customer on time and in accordance with quality requirements.

• Bachelor's degree from Electrical & Electronics Engineering department,
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant areas and specialized in electronics,
• Experience in military standards is a plus,
• Knowledge and experience in the production processes of electronic cards and cable sets,
• Experienced in military standarts is a must (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 Class 2,3, MIL-STD-810 and similar)
• Experience in module, unit and system level assemblies of electronic cards, cables and mechanical subassemblies,
• Knowledge and experience to evaluate and provide solutions for malfunctions/nonconformities that may arise in the cards, cables, modules and units produced,
• Ability to work on issues that require interdisciplinary knowledge,
• Solution-oriented, proactive, with analytical thinking skills,
• Strong communication and coordination skills,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt processes to changing priorities,
• Very good English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking,
• Good at time management and attentive to details.
