Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery speed; negotiate favorable terms and maintain strategic relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning and production departments to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Track and analyze procurement KPIs such as cost savings, supplier performance, and lead times.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to source components aligned with product development.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation in ERP systems.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and potential supply risks in the electronics sector.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge/interest in electronic components (PCBs, ICs, sensors, connectors, etc.) and their market dynamics.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Canias) is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and procurement analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken is an advantage.
