Engineer - Kitchen R&D

What awaits you in this role?

 We are looking for an Engineer - R&D who will join our team at Small Domestic Appliances R&D Department.

• Taking an active role in R&D and product development and project management of outsourced projects in terms of electronic system design and IoT entegration.


• Supporting product system and electronic design in project teams, and working in coordination with project leaders.


• Researching and benchmarking innovative sensor technologies and IoT applications on small domestic appliance market.


• Researching scholar studies and patents about sensors and new technologies and drive implementing these ideas to small domestic appliances. 


• Taking active role in concept projects and tech scouting on battery technology


• Creating electronics system prototypes for new innovative product ideation.


• Taking active role in cost improvement and quality improvement projects for electronics systems.


• Working in a project related with Master’s thesis.

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering, and having started a Master’s education


• Having knowledge in hardware design (Especially analogue electronic)


• Familiar to coding (Python, C++) and algorithm design


• Familiar to PCB schematic and layout design tools (Altium or KiCad)


• Arduino knowledge is an asset


• Ambition to work in Laboratory, testing and creating system prototypes


• Having a result-oriented mindset


• Expressing her/his ideas based on data analysis and research


• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
