What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Material Planning who will join our team at Production Planning in Beko Corporate. 

• Research new software and system possibilities for the improvement of production planning and the material distribution system.


• Knowledge for material planning and material distribution,


• Knowledge of automated guided vehicles is a plus


• Calculate the workforce capacity and constraints of the operators,


• Ensure compliance with the request,


• Listen to different perspectives and show flexibility,


• Report the follow-up of the demand response and rate indicators.

The position is located in Eskişehir, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect fit? 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering


• Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team,


• Market awareness and understanding of multi-cultural environments,


• Creative problem-solving ability and a results orientation,


• Strong knowledge of SAP, Passionate about learning new technologies,


• Good understanding of statistical tools for root cause analysis and statistical decision making,


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (VBA is a must),


• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,


• Outside-the-box thinking ability,


• Open to innovation culture,


• Flexible and open to new perspectives,


• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,


• Knowing what empathy really means,
