 What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Design & Product who will join our team at Refrigerator Product Directorate.

• Making time studies with MTM and/or time measurement both in the plant and in the suppliers; preparing operation plans and process flowcharts, making line balancing and applying these plans in the production lines,


• Making the simulations of automation projects and work processes including workflows and/or decision mechanisms, designing these processes and workflows accordingly.


• Feasibility and make/buy analysis for the investment projects, subassembly components and business processes. 


• Ensuring ergonomics and work safety analysis of workstations, managing the improvement projects of probable risks, designing the optimal workstation structure. 


• Making system engineering to analyze and design process and data flow of The Plant and suppliers,


• Determining and tracing the capacities, bottlenecks and shortages of production lines, machines, equipment and moulds/dies both in The Plant and in the suppliers.

The position is located in Eskişehir.

How do we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering,


• Working experience in various industries,


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,


• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,


• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,


• Outside the box thinking ability,


• Flexible and open to new perspectives,


• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
