Event & Congress Coordinator

What you will do

As our Event Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Medical team and ensuring smooth execution of key medical activities and operations.

• Coordinate and execute operational details of medical events
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure tasks meet quality standards, legal requirements, aligned with internal policies
• Provide exclusive support to the Medical Director with various tasks, i.e. setting up the meetings, welcoming the guests, managing appointments and schedules, making travel arrangements, perform administrative tasks and so on
• Manage multiple tasks across different teams and functions simultaneously
• Drive continuous improvements in daily operations

What we need from you

• Project management experience
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills along with flexibility and agility
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented professional
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of overall objectives
• Ability to work independently and interact confidently with internal and external partners
• Clear communicator who values collaboration and teamwork
• Experience in administrative or business support, preferably as a Department Assistant or a functional assistant
• Preferably proficient in written and spoken English
