Siemens Gebze factory is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgears in Siemens World and exporting more than 80 countries worldwide. We are looking for FAT Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing Factory Acceptence Tests process.
What part will you play?
• Creating FAT schedule for both MV&LV SWG orders. In case overlaps or bottlenecks managing the schedule in coordination with Factory internal groups.
• Transferring the problems encountered during FAT to the relevant departments
• Evaluation of customer demands and complaints during FAT
• Evaluation of punch items with OM-OEX and the customer
• Evaluation of external or internal FAT field workforce, equipment and facility competencies.
• Coordination of FAT requests of subcomponents of the panel
• Analysis of FAT customer satisfaction survey results and determination of actions
• Managing the scope of FAT and the suitability of the tests to be performed, determining and approving the FAT duration
• Evaluate the process risks and initiate necessary actions
• Contribute and lead operational and global projects.
• Follow Siemens Production System principles
What you need to make real what matters.
• BSc. in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or a related area
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience preferably in Switchgear business
• Excellent in communication
• Solution oriented, experienced to work with different cultures.
• Knowledge on Switchgear Technology, preferably MV&LV AIS Switchgears.
• Advanced command of English. German is an asset
• No restrictions for travelling in Tuerkiye and abroad
