Fiber Planning Manager

Lead the Fiber Planning teams, being accountable for the detailed design, implementation, dimensioning, execution and optimization of Fiber Network networks in Turkey to deliver best class experience. Additionally, ensure that emergency handling for Fiber is strictly addressed across all geographies, in a harmonized and effective manner, for the benefit of all customers in Turkey. Be accountable for all optimisation activities within Fiber Networks in the market with a comprehensive performance analysis and improvements plan development. Build the required environment to create an ambitious and high-performance team gradually increasing performance and capabilities while harmonising, and simplifying the Network landscape Drive team resources to truly support Company strategy, support Customer needs and develop their professional skills. Deep operational and Technical experience with ability to manage the execution challenges and specificities Deep experience in Fiber networks and specific knowledge of in country challenges and objectives, such as capacity, functionality, resilience, vendor footprint, complexity, pain-points University : engineering degree, 10 years of telecommunication experience required Solid knowledge and experience in Fiber Networks design, delivery and operations Good stakeholder's management Strong performance & customer orientation Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results/change Great Team Leadership and management to build high performing teams Execution and results oriented.
