Summary

In this position, you will develop and execute marketing and communications plans and activities that meet the company’s strategic goals and objectives. You have a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline building. The job holder cooperates with local sales, regional and global marketing teams as well as creative and digital marketing and event specialists. You will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns and programs and have a key role in achieving commercial goals. You will manage budgets, analyze campaign results, and optimize programs to improve performance. In this position you will report directly to the regional Marketing and Communications Lead.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating and executing the marketing strategy and plan to meet the commercial objectives leveraging all relevant media and channels
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email, social media, digital advertising, events, Press, etc.)
• Creating and managing project timelines, planning and budgets
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to optimize programs
• Developing and managing relationships with vendors, PR agency and partners

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional in the Turkey market (who is proficient in the entire 360 marketing mix and has proven digital marketing experience to drive MQL generation for strong marketing contribution to the revenue. Experience in Gulf countries is a plus.

The main skills:

• Business, Marketing, or Communication degree
• Minimum of 7 years work experience in similar roles
• Proven integrated campaign management experience
• Proficiency in digital marketing experience
• Knowledge of B2B Marketing
• Familiar with leads process management, leads scoring, nurturing scenarios, data management
• Experience in delivering Google Ads and social media campaigns
• Ability to analyse data, measure marketing program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (30%)
