About The Role

The Field Sales & Training Manager – Türkiye is responsible for driving retail sales growth, maintaining brand standards, and accelerating market development across the region. Acting as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, this role delivers commercial, people and operational KPIs across diverse retail environments. Operating across culturally diverse and evolving markets, this role adapts commercial, people and service strategies by country, business maturity and retail model, whilst maintaining global brand consistency. Leading a multi-site field team, the role drives commercial performance in line with forecasts and P&L targets, builds high-performing teams and succession pipelines, and develops strong internal and external stakeholder partnerships to maximise brand presence, customer experience and market share.

Role Accountabilities

Commercial Leadership

Own and deliver regional retail performance in line with forecast and P&L targets, with accountability for the primary drivers of sustainable revenue growth, productivity and service performance across Türkiye. Partner with senior commercial stakeholders to shape and execute a differentiated regional strategy, taking ownership for regional prioritisation and execution decisions. Own regional P&L stewardship, guiding investment decisions across FTE, freelancers, incentives, T&E and activations to maximise ROI. Build and leverage strong retail partner relationships to grow brand presence, market share and commercial opportunities at scale.

High Performance Team

Lead and develop MSBMs and BMs through clear objectives, regular performance reviews and coaching aligned to regional priorities. Partner with the Retail People team to build a high-performing, engaged leadership population, evidenced by strong succession coverage for critical roles, high retention of key talent and increased capability across diverse markets. Own regional performance management, including talent acceleration and underperformance management, ensuring consistent standards and decisions. Oversee the development of Team Tilbury population, enrolling teams onto the Pathway Program with agreement from the Regional Sales Manager

Training & Capability Development

Partner with the Regional Training Manager to define and prioritise regional learning needs aligned to commercial strategy and market maturity. Ensure effective delivery of onboarding, leadership capability and NPD training through leadership teams, overseeing the e-learning modules and team inductions.

Measure and evolve training effectiveness based on its impact on commercial performance, service quality and long-term capability. Champion service excellence across all distribution models, setting regional standards and expectations. Build strong relationships with retailers to unlock additional training opportunities specifically around NPD launches. Plan and execute local training seminars for Team Tilbury and third party retailer staff to effectively induct, develop and sure the highest standards of artistry and service are delivered to the customer. Manage the operations of digital and classroom set up for all local training and internal meetings hosted in market.

Retail Strategy & Execution

Partner with the RSM to define and land launch and sustain strategies for all doors and NPD, adapting by country, customer and retail model. Lead the differentiation of department store concessions, tailoring marketing, service and activation strategies to local customer insight and market maturity. Translate global strategy into locally effective execution across Turkey, driving increased brand relevance and sustainable market share growth. Set expectations for operational excellence and communication through Retail Operations, providing strategic feedback to improve field effectiveness.

Effective Cost Optimisation Forecast and govern regional staffing costs to balance growth, productivity and sustainable performance.

Partner with Finance, People and Commercial teams to challenge investment choices and drive efficiency without compromising brand or service standards. Provide regional oversight and final sign‑off on timesheets, payroll and incentives

Reporting Relationships 

  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager of Southern Europe 
  • Direct reports of 1 Multi Site Business Manager in Sephora and 1 Flagship Business Manager Department store  
  • Collaborating with a team of Field Sales Managers  & Operation and maintenance assistants

About You

  • Strategic, innovative, and commercially minded Collaborative and culturally aware across diverse markets
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience in retail markets, driving performance and sales
  • Able to prioritise effectively across complex, multi‑market agendas
  • Able to challenge norms and drive continuous improvement
  • Confident senior stakeholder manager, able to influence across markets, functions and retail partners
  • Must be fluent in English and Turkish Must be able to travel nationally and internationally
