At Eaton, we make what matters work, and we\u0027re dedicated to fostering a workplace where ethics, inclusion, diversity, and our people are at the forefront.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nTo deliver high-quality field services for Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV) systems, and protection relays, while identifying new service opportunities and fostering strong customer relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MV/LV switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection relay systems.\n * Conduct routine and emergency service visits at customer sites across Turkey and occasionally within the CIS countries and EMEA (If needed)\n * Execute diagnostic tests, relay configuration, and firmware updates using specialized tools and software.\n * Identify potential service opportunities during site visits and generate qualified leads for the sales team.\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.\n * Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system performance, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.\n * Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and feedback for internal and customer use.\n * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards during all field activities.\n * Collaborate with sales and project teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.\n * Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and service practices.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n * Minimum 3 years of experience in field service for MV/LV systems and protection relays. \n \n\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Strong knowledge of protection schemes, relay programming (e.g., SEPAM, Micom, Schneider, ABB, Siemens), and electrical distribution systems.\n * Hands-on experience with testing equipment (e.g., Omicron, Megger).\n * Good command of English (written and spoken).\n * Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.\n * Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into service opportunities.\n * Willingness to travel frequently and work independently in the field.\n * Valid driver\u2019s license.\n\n\n\n## What we offer:\n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits package\n * Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\n * We make your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\n * We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term \u2013 not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University\n * We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people\u2019s lives and the environment through power management technologies.\n * We make your wellbeing matter \u2013 We put your health and safety first.
