Field Service Engineer

As our new Associate Service Specialist, you will be providing technical after-sales service for pumps and pumping systems across Turkey, troubleshooting complex issues on-site, and delivering practical solutions that keep our customers' operations running smoothly. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Service Delivery TUCA team, you'll create impact by Delivering safe, high-quality field service interventions that strengthen customer trust and ensure the reliable performance of Grundfos solutions across Turkey and Central Asia.

Your main responsibilities include:

Perform service, repair, maintenance and commissioning activities on pumps, motors, drives and control systems safely and independently
Troubleshoot pumps and pumping systems on-site, conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions
Analyse failure data and report findings to support quality improvement and corrective action activities
Complete service reports, warranty documentation and administrative tasks accurately and on time using digital service tools and SAP
Collaborate with sales teams, Authorized Service Partners and technical support to identify service sales opportunities and ensure customer-centric delivery
Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements including risk assessments and lock-out/tag-out procedures

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a hands-on technical professional with solid knowledge of pumps, motors and mechanical/electrical systems, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

We would also imagine that you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline (or equivalent work experience)
Practical experience with pump and system repair, installation, commissioning or field troubleshooting
Proficiency in English at minimum B1 level (reading, writing and speaking) for service documentation and cross-team communication and fluent Turkish
Working knowledge of digital service tools, Microsoft 365 and service management systems (e.g. SAP/CRM)
Driving licence

It is a plus if you also:

Experience with remote diagnostics and mobile service applications
Familiarity with warranty claim processes and service KPI reporting
Knowledge of HSE compliance standards and site safety practices in industrial environments
