Among its strategic priorities, quality is at the top. They're growing fast (+25 Million USD revenue) and in the stage of investing in and developing the organizational capabilities in order to more strongly build the company's new game plan for the future.
Job Description
Directly reporting to the Chairman, the professional will be accountable for:
- Playing a pivotal role in leading three companies financial strategy and it's execution
- Guiding and preparing the company's short/long-term financial plans, budget and business forecasts by developing and utilizing forward looking financial analysis approach to make actionable recommendations to the Chairman
- Tracking the company's performance against budget
- Reviewing the balance sheet and P&L
- Enhancing the organization's financial capabilities to minimize risks
- Coaching, developing and motivating the staff to reach the highest performance standards in a fast-paced environment
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering, master degree is a plus
- 15 years of experience with minimum 5 years of financial leadership background is a must
- Solid know-how in financial planning and control, accounting, risk and treasury
- Having good network in national/international banks and financial institutions (especially for incentives and credit development)
- Construction/contracting, real estate development and/or prefabricated market experience would bring important advantage
- Business acumen, analytical skills and commercial mindset
- Having ownership mindset, entrepreneurial, proactive and solution-oriented (especially for resource and cash flow management)
- Being a great team player, having collaborative leadership style and great people management skills; able to inspire & influence & mobilize the organization, develop and retain talents
- Fluency in English is a must
