We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Specialist who has experience in the field of accounting, can manage our company’s financial processes effectively, and possesses strong analytical thinking skills. The ideal candidate is expected to meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilites

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports, including:
• Profitability and margin analysis by product/service,
• Cash flow projections and liquidity reports,
• Budget vs. actual performance summaries,
• Cost trend and efficiency analysis,
• Investment performance and financial income tracking,
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, etc.),
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes,
• Monitor and report cash flow, liquidity, and working capital,
• Analyze financial markets to identify investment opportunities
• Provide recommendations on optimal allocation of company resources to improve financial income
• Ensure accurate recording of daily accounting transactions in line with legal regulations,
• Oversee processes related to tax and social security declarations,
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits,
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial and accounting operations.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting,
• Location: Candidates must be based in Istanbul.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles with ability to prepare and interpret financial statements,
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting,
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP; financial modeling a plus),
• Experience with Luca or other accounting/ERP software,
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset,
• Effective communicator and team player, preferably with good command of English.
