Job Description

We seek a Financial Analysis Specialist to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in shaping their core business model. This position offers exposure to key stakeholders, including the executive team, and presents opportunities to drive strategic impact across all facets of the company. The selected candidate will be responsible for modeling cost drivers to optimize our client's solutions' delivery and cost efficiency, developing unit/cost economics models crucial for Series B fundraising, and creating and modeling KPIs to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the cost drivers underlying our client's solution offerings.
• Collaborate with technical teams to devise metrics for driving and monitoring cost reductions.
• Create and maintain operational and financial KPIs, including industry benchmarking. 
• Enhance and refine sophisticated forecasting models. 
• Develop unit economics and other models to support presentations to investors and the Board of Directors. 
• Execute standard FP&A tasks.

Skills/Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and MBA or equivalent; top-tier educational credentials are advantageous.
• 5 of experience in industry (excluding services) FP&A or cost analysis.
• Experience in a US educational institution or multinational company.
• Proficiency in English.

Desirable Additional Experience

• Experience in strategy consulting or the venture capital industry is advantageous.
• Experience with venture or PE-backed companies is preferred.
• Experience in a recurring revenue (XaaS) company is beneficial.
• Experience in building presentations and presenting to executives is a plus.
