To join us as a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)


• 3–5 years of experience in finance or commercial roles; audit background is a strong advantage


• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial analysis


• Strong ability to interpret data and provide clear insights


• Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset


• Proactive, self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines


• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working cross-functionally


• Advanced Excel skills; Google Sheets is a plus
  
  

You will:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes


• Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast, and explain deviations


• Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve business performance


• Support strategic planning and cash flow forecasting


• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting


• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for management decision-making


• Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure business alignment


• Assist in audit-related data collection and documentation processes


• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, and external financial partners
