We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate reporting, support compliance, and provide data-driven insights across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial analysis reports and executive summaries for management in a timely and accurate manner


• Create Net Asset and Operational Cash Flow statements and analyze plan vs. actual variances


• Take responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and management reporting activities for assigned foreign subsidiaries or regional markets


• Support monthly and year-end closing processes and contribute to periodic financial reporting


• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data entry and reporting


• Conduct risk and opportunity analyses and provide insights to internal stakeholders


• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory reporting requirements


• Collaborate closely with accounting, controlling, and business teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting systems and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or related finance roles


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, and financial modeling)


• Preferably experienced with QuickBooks and proficient in financial reporting tools


• Advanced level of English proficiency


• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
