Position: Floor Supervisor

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quickly identify and resolve any game or staff-related incidents to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork with Floor Supervisors, OCR Team, Workforce Team, and other departments.
• Ensure the operational quality and safety of the studio by inspecting equipment and identifying potential issues.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure dealers and shufflers are present during their designated shifts and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Monitor and assess staff appearance, ensuring adherence to the established dress code.
• Oversee game presenters and shufflers activities, ensuring smooth game rotations and compliance with company standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of Blackjack and basic knowledge of casino equipment-related procedures.
• Availability to work shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict management abilities.
• Excellent time management skills.
