The Role

We are hiring a Founder’s Analyst to work directly with the CFO on the company’s most critical initiatives: corporate development, fundraising, investor pitches, board materials, and strategic analysis.

This is a high-impact, high-pace role for someone who thrives under pressure, values precision, and wants exposure to founders, investors, and senior decision-making. This is not a traditional FP&A role.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare board decks, investor pitch decks, shareholder updates, and fundraising materials 
• Support fundraising and corporate development (investor research, market analysis, models, data room materials, follow-ups) 
• Build financial models and analyses (incl. unit economics, sensitivities, scenarios, cash flows)
• Conduct market, competitor, and strategic research 
• Turn complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives 
• Ad-hoc projects and analysis for CEO / CFO 
• Use AI tools extensively to accelerate research, analysis, modelling, and presentation quality 

How You’ll Work

• Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented
• Strong time management; able to run multiple workstreams in parallel
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and pressure 
• Fast, proactive, and ownership-driven
• Zero-error mindset for external-facing materials

What We’re Looking For

• Top-tier analytical background (IB, Consulting, Big 4 Transaction Services, Corp Strategy, or similar) with minimum 2+ years' work experience
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Excellent PowerPoint skills (board-ready output)
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Fluent Turkish
• Demonstrated use of AI for productivity and analysis 
• High ownership, reliability, and bias for action

Who Should Not Apply

This role is not a good fit if you:

• Prefer clearly scoped, routine, or repetitive work
• Are uncomfortable with pressure, fast timelines, or ambiguity
• Need constant direction or close supervision
• Are okay with “good enough” rather than zero-error output 
• Dislike working on presentations, decks, and narrative-driven analysis
• Are looking for a traditional finance, accounting, or back-office role
• Are not actively using AI tools to improve speed and quality of work
