GEHO Service Supervisor

Purpose of Role: This position is created in order to increase the service quality and AM sales of GEHO Pumps in Turkey as per the intercompany agreement with Weir Minerals Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment on-site.
• Provide theoretical and practical training to end users and advise them on performance, maintenance, and usage of parts.
• Write reports on local conditions and tasks, and build client relationships by providing excellent service and meeting their needs.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and end users, and perform maintenance, service, and repair tasks.
• Safety First : Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors, supporting the development of a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics)
• Additional training and experience in hydraulics, electronics, control technology, and measurement and control
• Working experience in maintenance and installation/commissioning work (preferably in heavy industry or mining)
• Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing
