Alumil, one of the most advanced companies worldwide in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems is looking for a Technical Consultant for one of its subsidiaries in Turkey.

What are we looking for?
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s financial operations are conducted accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with legal regulations, while maintaining the integrity of financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making to achieve the company’s financial objectives. This role includes key responsibilities such as maintaining financial health, ensuring tax compliance, managing budgeting and financial analysis processes, and minimizing financial risks.
Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements that accurately reflect the company’s financial status and can be evaluated by management.
Prepare regular tax declarations in accordance with legal obligations and ensure they are submitted on time.
Prepare annual financial reports after the company’s fiscal year ends and provide the necessary documents for internal audits.
Develop a budget by determining the company’s income and expense forecasts for the fiscal year and submit it for management approval.
Perform variance analysis by comparing actual financial data with budgeted targets.
Monitor the company’s daily cash flow and take preventive measures to avoid liquidity issues.
Ensure timely settlement of the company’s financial obligations (invoices, employee salaries, supplier payments, etc.).
Identify the company’s financial risks (currency risk, credit risk, etc.) and develop strategies to minimize them.
Ensure that the company’s financial operations comply with all local and international regulations (e.g., Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Commercial Code, IFRS, etc.).
Review the company’s financial contracts, purchase and sales agreements, and ensure compliance with legal processes.
Organize the workload of the accounting department staff, assign tasks, monitor the team’s performance, and support their development.
Keep the company’s accounting software up to date, ensure data security, and optimize the efficient use of the software.
Communicate with the tax office regarding the company’s tax payments and declarations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Maintain regular communication with legal institutions to handle the company’s financial reports, legal audits, and other processes.
Monitor personnel expenses and ensure alignment with the budget.
Monitor stock movements and their financial impact, and update the related accounting records.
Ensure that each department operates in alignment with financial processes and facilitate information exchange to achieve common goals.
Requirements
Preferably a degree in technical sciences or a university education in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Proficiency in English
Advanced knowledge of Excel applications
Familiarity with ERP systems
CPA certification is preferred
At least 5-7 years of experience in the accounting field
Preferably experience in a similar position within the industry
Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Strategic thinking and visionary approach
