Position Summary

JW Marriott Istanbul Marmara Sea is seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead one of Türkiye's premier luxury hospitality destinations. Required Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Manager within a luxury upscale hotel environment.


• Demonstrated success leading large, complex hotel operations with significant revenue responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, Wellness, and ancillary revenue streams.


• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Distribution teams to optimize market positioning and revenue generation.


• Identify new business opportunities and drive innovative strategies to strengthen competitive advantage.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic factors impacting business performance.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional luxury guest experiences consistent with JW Marriott brand standards.


• Lead all hotel operations with a focus on service excellence, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.


• Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational discipline across all departments.


• Maintain compliance with Marriott International policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
