About Our Client

Our client started it's operations with an investment in Kırklareli organized industrial site (around 15.000 m^2 factory) in 2024, serving in the production and assembly of all precast elements (such as beams, columns and more). Company believes that the sector has a lot of potential, hence shows high appetite to grow in this field and continues investing. They also created their own prefabricated modelling software program to accelerate their internal project management processes with a customer-centric approach.

Job Description

• Reporting to: Chairman
• Revenue: +15 M USD
• Team management: +80 people (including subcontractors)

The professional will be accountable for:

• Closely working with the Chairman, developing the vision, mission and strategy of the company and leading the execution
• Having full business planning, budgeting and P/L responsibility
• Ensuring the achieving of profitable growth and other financial targets in accordance with set short and long-term objectives
• Orchestrating the whole operations with hands-on approach, leading sales and business development of new projects
• As the representative of the company, managing key external stakeholder relations
• Finding and developing the right talents for the organization, giving coaching and mentoring

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree from engineering (preferably civil engineering), master degree is a plus
• Minimum 15-20 years of career with minimum 5 years of leadership background gained in industrial markets
• Prefabricated operations know-how would bring important advantage
• Previous P&L management experience is a must
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
• Solid people management background
• Fluency in English is a must
