️ Work From Home Customer Service Representative (German Speakers)
Location: Remote (within Turkey)
Languages Required: German (C1/C2) + Basic English

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of a leading European technology retailer!

What Youll Do

• Assist customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).

• Handle requests about store locations, product availability, returns, complaints, and reservations.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with professional and solution-oriented support.

• Work in a stable, long-term project with a strong team culture.

Schedule

Training

• 2 weeks online, weekdays only (attendance mandatory)

Requirements

• German at C1/C2 level mandatory

• Living in Turkey & able to work from home

• Basic computer skills + smartphone for VPN login
