About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience across phone, email, and chat. This role is ideal for candidates seeking multilingual jobs, customer service roles in Turkey, or work-abroad opportunities with strong employer support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in German (phone, email, chat)

  • Understand customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions

  • Maintain detailed records using internal CRM tools

  • Resolve issues by following clear workflows and company guidelines

  • Collaborate with team leads to meet quality standards and KPIs

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through empathy and professionalism

Requirements

  • Native / C2 level German

  • English B1/B2 for internal communication

  • Based in Turkey or willing to relocate

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer orientation

  • Ability to work in rotating shifts when required

  • Motivation to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
